Job summary

KINGS DINING & ENTERTAINMENT seeks experienced managers to lead a high-energy team in a premier social gaming and dining environment. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest service, maintaining standards across the restaurant, lanes, and front desk, and supporting the Director of Operations in daily floor management.

The ideal candidate has restaurant/bar management experience, strong hospitality skills, and a professional appearance consistent with Kings standards.

Qualifications

• 7 day a week plus holiday availability (50+ hours)
• Strong hospitality and guest service skills
• Demonstrated time management & organizational skills
• Previous experience in restaurant/bar positions
• Maintains a professional appearance according to Kings standards

Responsibilities

• Oversee service standards for restaurant, lanes and front desk.
• Assist DOO in day-to-day floor management including food, beverage and equipment.
• Foster an empowering team culture to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
