Qualifications

• Previous wrestling and/or coaching experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and conducting practices.
• Provide technical instruction and athlete development.
• Support competition preparation and match-day coaching.
• Build positive relationships with student-athletes, families, and staff.
• Support the head coach in developing and growing the girls wrestling program.
• Model sportsmanship, integrity, accountability, and the Wildcat Standard.
