Sylvania is seeking an assistant girls' soccer coach to help organize the girls' soccer program and support the head coach in practices and game strategy. This seasonal role runs from March 22nd to June 5th, 2027 and includes responsibilities for motivating students and instructing game techniques.

The role emphasizes team management, practice coordination, and monitoring athletes' academic progress to prepare the team for competition.

• Knowledge of the sport is required.
• Previous coaching experience is preferred.

Position Summary:

This position is responsible for assisting the head coach with organizing the girls' soccer program. The assistant girls' soccer coach assists with conducting practices, motivating students, and instructing student athletes in game strategies and techniques

Supervision Received

This position is directly supervised by the Head Coach.

Employment requires satisfactory completion of the interview process and verifiable record of satisfactory performance in previous employment.

A state and federal background check will be conducted on the final candidate.
