Job summary

Madison-Ridgeland Academy is seeking an Assistant Junior High and Varsity Girls Basketball Coach. The coach will work closely with the Athletic Director and maintain academic standards for student athletes. Responsibilities include game strategy development, player supervision, and regular communication with parents.

Qualifications

• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required.
• Certified in CPR and First Aid.
• Committed Christian and member of a Bible-believing church.

Responsibilities

• Assesses players’ skills and assigns team positions.
• Develops a regular practice schedule for individual and team development.
• Reports athlete injuries to the athletic trainer promptly.
• Conferences with parents regarding the athletic performance of their student.
• Models Christ-like behavior and maintains appropriate conduct.
