Job summary

CAVA is hiring an Assistant General Manager to work closely with the General Manager to drive exceptional restaurant performance. You will lead day-to-day operations, coach Team Members, and uphold food quality, service, and cleanliness standards in a fast-paced environment.

In this role, you’ll manage scheduling, forecasting, and budget adherence while focusing on guest satisfaction and team development. This is a hands-on leadership position at our Harahan, LA location.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of supervisory or management experience in hospitality.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Willing to work nights and weekends; travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in daily restaurant operations and staffing.
• Ensure standards for food quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Oversee inventory management, supply orders, and cost control.
• Coach and develop Team Members and provide performance feedback.
• Support scheduling, forecasting, and budget adherence.
