Job summary

Fazoli's in Winchester, KY is seeking an Assistant General Manager who will drive operations, people development and profitability. You will support the General Manager in building a strong restaurant team, managing performance and implementing company plans to grow sales and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include executing staffing, training, safety policies, and community engagement to strengthen brand presence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Minimum age: 18 with valid driver’s license.
• External candidates: 1 year as Assistant GM; fast casual/quick service preferred but not required.
• Internal candidates: 1 year as Fazoli’s Assistant Manager with GM/Area Supervisor support.
• All candidates: complete Fazoli’s training and SERV Safe.
• Must be available to work 11:00–20:00 and other meal periods.
• Maintain Safety & Security policies.
• Flexibility to transfer to other Fazoli’s restaurants.
• Background, motor vehicle report and reference checks.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in developing restaurant team succession and bench strength.
• Build community relationships to grow sales and brand awareness.
• Maximize profitability through effective management practices and controls.
• Ensure a safe, secure work environment for guests, team members and assets.
• Be flexible to transfer to other Fazoli’s locations as needed.
• Support execution of staffing, training and compliance across the restaurant.
