Qualifications

  • Understanding of P&L statements.
  • Basic math and accounting skills.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of order processing systems.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must be Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise front counter to ensure quality service and communicate with customers.
  • Assist in driving sales through local store marketing and coaching staff.
  • Manage cash handling and daily deposits according to procedures.
  • Ensure health and safety standards and maintain restaurant cleanliness and appearance.
  • Aid in hiring and developing team members; document disciplinary actions when needed.
  • Perform administrative duties and attend scheduled meetings with management.
  • Monitor operations and ensure ingredients and equipment are in working order.
