Smurfit Westrock has an opportunity in our Chattanooga Recycle facility for an Assistant General Manager. Chattanooga Recycle is one of our flagship plants and a training ground for future management. The role of the Assistant General Manager of a Smurfit Westrock recycled fiber plant is to assist and apprentice in the management of all aspects of the facility. Management areas include plant operations (multi-shifts), compliance, safety, business development, employee management, and meeting corporate profit goals. Our goal is to increase our management bench strength within the division. The ideal candidate will be ambitious, open to being mentored, and willing to relocate as needed. We are looking to make a long-term investment in the ideal candidate.
