Job summary

Taco Bell in Norwell, MA is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager by upholding brand standards, training and coaching the team, and delivering unforgettable customer experiences.

You’ll oversee daily operations in the GM’s absence, help with P&L, inventory, labor, and safety, and drive performance while fostering equity, inclusion, and belonging.

Assistant General Manager

As an Assistant General Manager, you'll be at the heart of our restaurant's success, supporting the Restaurant General Manager by upholding brand standards and inspiring your team. You'll lead by example, training, coaching, and recognizing your team to deliver unforgettable customer experiences. When your team shines, so do you!

In this dynamic role, you'll take charge of daily operations in the Restaurant General Manager's absence, making key decisions and driving the team toward excellence. We believe in having fun while embracing personal challenges and growth opportunities. You'll work a 50-hour week.

The Day-to-Day:

• Ensure consistent customer satisfaction by effectively modeling the MIC Success Routine and prioritizing customer needs.
• Oversee Team Members' adherence to Shift Excellence responsibilities, maintain high food safety standards, and uphold Core Excellence. Take charge of restaurant operations in the GM's absence.
• Collaborate with the GM in assessing team performance, providing ongoing constructive and positive feedback. Address employee relations issues as they arise, determine immediate resolutions, or escape to the GM when necessary.
• Assist in sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, and hiring Team Members, while driving a culture of equity, inclusion, and belonging.
• Act like an owner by assisting with Profit & Loss management, including cash control, security procedures, inventory maintenance, and labor management.
• Review financial reports and take appropriate actions to optimize performance.
• Support the GM in facility maintenance and ensure health and safety standards are consistently followed.

Transparent pay Structure:

The base pay range for Assistant General Manager at Taco Bell is competitive, ranging from $40k to 50k annually, depending on location, experience, and qualifications.
