Job summary

Panera in Cincinnati is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in running our bakery-café, leading a great team, and delivering exceptional guest experiences. You’ll coach staff, schedule shifts, and manage daily operations to drive quality and profitability.

You’ll build a culture of warmth and belonging, ensure food safety, train new team members, and uphold Panera standards. 1–2 years of supervisory experience and reliable transportation required.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of restaurant or retail supervisory experience.
• Able to pass drug screen and background check.
• 18 years of age or older.
