JEM Restaurant Group is seeking an Assistant General Manager (AGM) for our Taco Bell teams in South Carolina and Georgia. The AGM will support the Restaurant General Manager by leading daily operations, scheduling, inventory control, and staff development to deliver a guest-focused experience.

This role offers a salary of $50,000–$60,000 per year, plus health insurance, 401(k) with company match, paid time off, and relocation assistance for moves into our markets.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the RGM's right-hand leader and step in when they're away.
