You will supervise staff, recruit and train, monitor food quality, control costs, and ensure health and safety standards while delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of leadership or supervisory experience in fast-casual or quick-service restaurants.
• Strong customer service and conflict-resolution skills.
• Solid grasp of restaurant financials, labor management, and budgeting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and motivate staff to achieve performance goals and high service standards.
• Recruit, train, and onboard new employees with policy and procedure knowledge.
• Provide coaching to staff to improve performance and growth.
• Ensure staffing levels meet guest volume and needs.
• Foster a positive work culture and team morale.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure smooth workflow from kitchen to guest.
• Maintain Fazoli’s standards for food quality and presentation.
• Monitor operations, inventory, and cleanliness for efficiency and satisfaction.
• Support GM in achieving goals and compliance.
• Deliver exceptional service and handle guest concerns promptly.
• Assist with labor and cost control to drive profitability.
• Manage budgets, sales, and reporting; support inventory control.
• Ensure food safety, sanitation, and safety compliance.
• Assist in staff training and development programs.
• Resolve operational issues and make timely decisions.
• Support marketing efforts and local promotions to boost sales.
