CR Fitness, a Crunch Fitness franchisee, is seeking an Assistant General Manager for the Johns Creek Club to lead sales, member experience, and team development. This role offers a fast-track path to General Manager through hands-on leadership and performance-driven culture.

You'll partner with the General Manager to drive membership, personal training sales, and operational excellence while building a strong, high-energy team that embraces Crunch’s No Judgments philosophy.

Qualifications

• Sales or leadership experience in fitness or a fast-paced service industry.
• Strong sales drive with a track record of meeting targets.
• Natural leader who can lead by example on the club floor.
• Excellent communication, organization and problem-solving skills.
• Professional, reliable and passionate about health and personal development.

Responsibilities

• Drive membership and personal training sales through daily goals, lead management and closing.
• Coach front desk and sales teams to deliver high performance.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day club operations, cleanliness, and staffing coverage.
• Deliver exceptional member experience and resolve inquiries promptly.
• Monitor KPI and contribute to improvement strategies aligned with club goals.
• Foster a high-energy, no-judgments team culture and participate in leadership development.
• Support GM to build growth pathways to future General Manager.
