Dormont Manufacturing Co is seeking an Assistant General Manager in DeSoto, Texas. You will lead the Sales team, ensure targets are met, and foster a positive environment for both staff and members. A successful Assistant General Manager will have a background in sales and customer service, and a passion for fitness.

This hourly position offers a competitive wage of $15–$15 USD, with additional compensation opportunities and a variety of benefits.

Qualifications

• 2 years of customer service experience.
• 3-4 years of sales experience.
• 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
• Excellent relationship building and influencing skills.
• Strong detail orientation and good time management skills.
• Excellent MS Office skills.
• Prior experience or strong interest in the fitness industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train the Sales team to create a fun atmosphere.
• Ensure sales targets are met and oversee membership sales.
• Effectively communicate goals to staff members.
• Supervise the facility's cleanliness and maintenance.
• Ensure high-quality customer service and resolve member concerns.
