Qualifications
At least one year of experience as an Assistant General Manager in food service or retail, with profit and loss responsibility.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations while upholding Sonic standards and policies.
Support the Managing Partner by leading the team in training and scheduling.
Manage inventory and ensure food safety compliance.
Oversee financial responsibilities, including cash handling.
Partner with the Managing Partner to drive growth initiatives.
