EōS Fitness in Webster, Texas is seeking a Sales Team Leader to lead, coach, and train the Sales team in creating a dynamic atmosphere and engaging with members. The role involves driving membership sales, ensuring operational excellence, and providing support to both staff and members.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in customer service and sales, as well as strong communication and organizational skills. A passion for the fitness industry is a plus. Competitive pay and benefits are included.

Qualifications

• 2 years of customer service experience.
• 3–4 years of sales experience.
• 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
• Excellent relationship building and influencing skills.
• Strong detail orientation and good time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Sales team to create a fun atmosphere and meet sales targets.
• Sell club memberships and fitness services to meet sales goals.
• Oversee billing processes and ensure timely follow-ups with leads.
• Communicate goals and expectations to staff members effectively.
• Supervise the maintenance and cleanliness of the facility.
