Calhoun Management is expanding its team and seeks an Assistant General Manager at Wendy’s located at 3646 Thompson Bridge Rd, Gainesville, GA 30506, USA. This is a full-time role with immediate start.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; 1 year in line operations.
• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience in QSR or hospitality.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure A Level operations via quality, service, and cleanliness standards on every daypart.
• Supervise, coordinate, and delegate to ensure food safety training and monitoring.
• Assist staffing the restaurant with trained employees.
• Manage food, labor and paper costs and other controllable expenses.
