Job summary

Dairy Queen in Peosta, IA is seeking a positive, energetic leader to join our team as an Assistant General Manager. The role can be Full-Time or Part-Time, and you will help manage daily restaurant operations, support your team, and ensure friendly, efficient service for every guest.

ABOUT THE POSITION

Work schedules will vary based on business needs. Typical shifts are approximately 11:00 am–7:00 pm or 2:00 pm–10:00/11:00 pm.

As Assistant General Manager, you'll play an important role in keeping the restaurant running smoothly. You'll lead and support team members while helping create a welcoming experience for every guest.

Your responsibilities may include maintaining restaurant records, assisting with food preparation, completing ice cream orders, and helping oversee daily operations.
