Job summary

Equinox is seeking an Assistant General Manager to ensure smooth and efficient operational procedures across all departments, enabling the club to deliver the highest level of customer service and guest experience.

You will train and supervise Front Desk, Housekeeping and MOD managers, manage inventory control, payroll budget, daily bank deposits, shift coverage, and club maintenance, while upholding the company’s standards and policies.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership ability in an educational, fitness or professional settings with 3-6 years of management experience in a customer service business
• Enthusiastic, passionate and knowledgeable regarding the fitness industry
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to drive revenue
• Hire, direct and train staff as well as excellent time management and follow-up skills
• Bachelor Degree Required

Responsibilities

Job Description

Pay Transparency:

This is a full time role, salary ranges from $70,000-$75,000 annually
