Buffalo Wild Wings in Bakersfield, CA seeks a Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations and coach a dynamic team. You will ensure high standards of service, safety and quality across front and back of house, including bar and takeout, while driving promotions and guest engagement.

Salary Range: $70,304.00 - $72,000.00

• You know the game: understanding of restaurant operations, food safety, and responsible alcohol service preferred
• High school diploma (or equivalent) required; 1–3 years of restaurant or leadership experience preferred

Qualifications

• Highly motivated, self-directed, and results driven with strong organizational skills, attention to detail and professional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability and desire to create a fun, exciting environment for both guests and Team Members alike
• Skilled with basic mathematical computations
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced work environment
• Maintain confidential information, adhere to and enforce company policies, programs, and compliance issues
• Minimum of 2 years restaurant or retail management experience; experience managing a restaurant with a full bar preferred
• Completion of high school education or equivalent, a valid driver's license to travel between units, a satisfactory background check, and the ability to lift 50 pounds regularly
• Completion of Buffalo Wild Wings Management Certification program
• Has successfully managed each department—Greeter/Cashier, Hospitality, Bar and HOH—for a minimum of three periods each
