The position requires a hands-on restaurant leader with drive-thru experience, excellent communication, and a passion for delivering fantastic food and customer service. Most shifts run 8a-8p or 11a-11p, five days a week.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a restaurant team, with drive-thru experience preferred.
• Strong communication and professional appearance.
• Ability to deliver great food, value, and customer service.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant operations and drive top-line performance.
• Supervise a 5-day workweek with Fri/Sat/Sun shifts 8a-8p or 11a-11p.
• Ensure high-quality food, service, and customer satisfaction.
