KidStrong Creve Coeur is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead daily center operations, coach development, and sales efforts. You will partner with the General Manager to foster a culture of learning for coaches and families, drive key business results, and ensure an exceptional experience for children and caregivers.

KidStrong Assistant General Managers are the second in command when it comes to the center. It is the responsibility of the Assistant General Manager to work closely with the General Manager on fostering a culture of learning and development for both their coaches and families that attend the center and delivering key business results such as sales performance and lowering member attrition. The Assistant General Manager is a talented, welcoming, and engaging leader who is focused on delivering an exceptional experience for the kids, families, and team members.
