Job summary

Enmarket is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily store operations, mentor team members, and deliver fast, friendly service to every guest. You will help create a clean, welcoming environment and ensure efficient performance across shifts.

Responsibilities include stocking, checking vendor deliveries, and training staff while maintaining accurate paperwork. A minimum of one year retail experience, ability to read and write, and the flexibility to work weekends are required.

Qualifications

• Must have minimum of one year retail experience.
• Must have general computer knowledge and be able to operate electronic equipment and sales transactions.
• Must be able to read, write and follow instructions, and communicate effectively.
• Must be able to stand, kneel, lift up to 25–30 pounds, and work any shift including weekends.
• Must be 18 years of age and have reliable transportation with valid driver’s license.
