As the Assistant General Manager, you will assist the General Manager in the operation of the hotel as efficiently as possible. Responsibilities include hiring and/or training qualified staff to produce the highest level of guest satisfaction, following and enforcing hotel policies and procedures, maintaining competitiveness in every area, producing and achieving budgetary goals, and supervising hotel operations to achieve desired sales and profit goals. You will also work with guests, potential guests, and community leaders, maintain the highest ethical standards of operation and quality of services and facilities for the hotel, and ensure a good working relationship with all departments by overseeing and guiding staff through open communication and hands-on participation.
