Our Assistant General Manager, reporting directly to the General Manager, is responsible for assisting with the Sales team as well as day‑to‑day tasks. EōS Fitness is looking for individuals passionate about sales and dedicated to helping members achieve their health and wellness goals. As Assistant General Manager, you will create connections with prospective members, facilitate their membership journey, and ensure their success. While these responsibilities encompass a broad spectrum, the role remains flexible and adaptive to the evolving needs of our gym, with duties subject to change under the discretion of management.
Lead, coach, and train the Sales team to create a fun atmosphere, be great hosts, and be the hub for information for our members, guests, and staff.
Hourly position. Salary range: $18.50–$20.50 USD. Variable income opportunities include commission and bonus, as well as a post‑training increase.
