Job summary

JEM Restaurant Group is hiring an Assistant General Manager for Taco Bell locations in Georgia and South Carolina. The AGM supports the Restaurant General Manager, helps lead daily operations, schedule team members, manage inventory, and train the crew to deliver a guest-focused experience.

Expect a salary range of $50,000–$60,000 with a strong benefits package including health insurance, a 401(k) with company match, paid time off, and relocation assistance for moving into one of our markets.

Responsibilities

As an AGM, you'll support the Restaurant General Manager by helping lead daily operations, scheduling team members, managing inventory and ordering, and training and developing the crew. You'll play a key role in creating a smooth, efficient, and guest-focused restaurant experience.
