Taco Bell of Bluffton, SC is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager in running smooth shifts and meeting Taco Bell standards. You will take ownership of duties, solve problems with a smile, and guide team members.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, College or University Degree preferred.
• 1–3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• Basic personal computer literacy.
• Strong preference for internal promotion from Shift Manager.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Background check and drug test required.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Basic business math and accounting, plus analytical/decision-making skills.
• Ability to sweep, mop, dust, lift and empty trash as part of shift duties.
• Clean parking lot and surrounding grounds as needed.
• Stand/walk 80% of shift; lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Support the Restaurant General Manager by running great shifts and upholding Taco Bell standards.
• Ensure Team Members and Shift Managers complete assigned duties and responsibilities.
• Oversee inventory management and financial accountability for the restaurant.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment for employees and customers.
• Lead by example and communicate effectively with staff to improve performance.

Job Requirements And Essential Functions

• Able to sweep and mop floors, dust shelves and lift and carry out trash containers and place in an outside bin
• Able to clean the parking lot and grounds surrounding the restaurant
• Able to tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs. and stooping during 80% of shift time
