Andretti Indoor Karting & Games (AIKG) is actively seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead the site’s operations, including Restaurant, Events, Track, Bar, and Arcade. The role reports to the unit General Manager and focuses on developing management teams and maintaining AIKG standards.
The position requires overseeing P&L, cost control, safety, and guest relations while driving revenue and providing exceptional guest experiences across multiple departments.
The Assistant General Manager is responsible for the management of all functional areas of the site’s business operations including Restaurant, Events, Track, Bar, andArcade. The Assistant General Manager will work closely with and report to the unit General Manager.They areresponsible to be the leader in the development of Management & Team Members and oversee Repair & Maintenance of the facility. Assistant General Managers must create an environment that develops ownership and accountability. The Assistant General Manageris expected to maintain the quality and ethical standards set by AIKG while representing the Andretti brand.

Work closely with department leaders to oversee all aspects of site operations of entire facility, including staffing, training, employee relations, repair and maintenance, game operations, site IT, cleanliness, organization, service timing, quality product, cash handling and site administration.
