Job summary

Team Car Care East, LLC (US) is seeking an Assistant General Manager to drive revenue growth, coach a team, and deliver an outstanding guest experience at our Saint Peters service center. You will work closely with the GM to lead operations, budget, and staff development.

The role requires 1–3 years of retail management, strong communication, and the ability to analyze financial objectives to boost sales and service results in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and mentoring to technicians and CSAs.
• Perform opening and closing duties when GM is off duty.
