Job summary

Crunch Fitness is seeking an Assistant General Manager for an upcoming Arrowhead Club. This leadership role focuses on driving sales, delivering excellent member experiences, and developing the team to future General Manager status.

The AGM will support the General Manager in overall club performance, lead by example on the floor, and help execute growth and operational strategies across a high-energy team.

• Operations Support: Ensure smooth day-to-day club operations including cleanliness, equipment upkeep, and staff coverage.
• Member Experience: Deliver exceptional service and handle member inquiries or escalations with urgency.
• KPI Tracking & Action: Monitor performance metrics and contribute to improvement strategies.
• Culture Builder: Foster a high-energy, team-oriented environment reflecting Crunch's No Judgments philosophy.
• Growth Development: Participate in leadership development to prepare for a future General Manager role.
