Team Car Care West, LLC is hiring an Assistant General Manager for our Omaha service center. You will lead daily operations, coach staff, and help drive guest satisfaction and sales growth under the guidance of the General Manager.

Responsibilities

• Set revenue growth by increasing guest count and improving lead measures.
• Coach staff and deliver excellent customer service to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Lead daily team huddles and store meetings; develop and mentor teammates via training program.
• Ensure quality control measures and processes are followed consistently.
• Handle inventory, cash handling, guest issues; collaborate with District Manager on initiatives.
• Assist GM with budgeting, sales forecasts, and expense controls.
• Provide clear direction to the team; maintain a clean, safe, presentable service center per standards.
• Readily guide automotive technicians and CSAs; open/close duties when GM is off.
• Foster an engaged workforce aligned with customer volume and business needs.
