Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking an dynamic Associate General Manager to join our team in delivering exceptional guest service and operational excellence. The role oversees hotel operations, drives financial performance, and leads a skilled team to maintain brand standards across our growing portfolio.

The ideal candidate brings at least two years of Assistant General Manager experience and a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or Business.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience as an Assistant General Manager
• Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management or Business preferred.

Responsibilities

• Managing budgets and financial plans and controlling expenditure
• Oversees hotel operations under the direction of the General Manager
• Ensures overall guest satisfaction to drive brand metrics
• Ensures compliance with brand standards
• Maintaining statistical and financial records; setting and achieving sales and profit targets
• Recruiting, training, and monitoring staff
• Planning work schedules for individuals and teams
• Meeting and greeting customers
• Dealing with customer complaints and comments
• Addressing problems and troubleshooting
• Ensuring events and conferences run smoothly
• Supervising maintenance, supplies, renovations, and furnishings
• Dealing with contractors and suppliers
• Ensuring security is effective
• Carrying out inspections of property and services
• Ensuring compliance with licensing laws, health and safety, and other statutory regulations
• Perform various other duties as assigned to meet business objectives
