Job summary

Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe is hiring an Assistant General Manager at our Moore, OK location. You will support the Managing Partner in daily club operations, drive sales, ensure member satisfaction, and maintain a clean and welcoming facility.

You will lead a team of MSRs, cleaners, and kids attendants, manage scheduling, labor, and inventory, and uphold Crunch standards while delivering a superior member experience.

Qualifications

• 2 years of fitness and/or customer service-oriented management experience preferred.
• Experience executing objectives quickly and effectively including achieving KPIs required.
• Experience leading and/or supervising employees preferred.
• CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire)
• Understanding of labor control, optional staffing levels and controls overtime
• Ability to maintain high standards at the gym
• Ability to demonstrate integrity and judgment that inspires trust, setting examples in all behaviors and actions
• Clear communication skills, demonstrating confidence

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Member Service Representatives, Cleaning Attendants & Kids Attendants.
• Monitor scorecard performance of the staff to meet or exceed expected KPI standards.
• Lead by example by delivering personal and team performance targets.
• Manage team member performance standards, with on-going development, training, and coaching.
• Impact member retention by doing Whatever It Takes to deliver the “Wow 10-Member Experience”.
• Assist and support to the Managing Partner in scheduling and labor management.
• Member service resolution with pace and empathy.
• Resolving or escalating employee issues or concerns.
• Lead generation and outreach efforts to impact new member sales.
• New member acquisition and member integration into all services and programs.
• Team member goal setting, development plans, and regular staff meetings.
• Supervise club asset management, inventory reconciliation, supply ordering, and equipment expenditures.
• Involvement and supervision in all front desk activities.
• Maintain a crisp, clean facility with 100% equipment uptime.
• Utilize Crunch-specific tools to communicate, document, and support operations.
• Ensure policy, procedure, and service standards are consistently met

Position Overview

We are looking for an Assistant General Manager, who will be a key member of our leadership team and responsible for assisting the managing partner with daily club operations including sales success, member satisfaction and facility cleanliness at Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe.

What You’ll Do

As the Assistant General Manager, you'll support a high-care, high-performance culture that operates with speed and determination in delivering outcomes. You will be responsible for creating a warm, kind and hospitable club, allowing everyone to achieve their goals in an “no judgments” environment. You will lead a team of Member Service Representatives, Cleaning Attendants & Kids Attendants.

What Success Looks Like

• Fully staffed with high performers across MSRs
• KPIs consistently meet or exceed, with clear performance standards, ongoing coaching, and performance management driving individual and collective achievement.
• Deliver member and guest experience through high hospitality
• True operations partner to Managing Partner—owning scheduling/labor, asset/inventory management, facility cleanliness, and front desk oversight.
• Club runs smoothly with 100% policy/procedure compliance, crisp facility standards, and full utilization of Crunch tools for communication, documentation, and operations.

• Maintain a crisp, clean facility with equipment operating 100% of the time by ensuring compliance with Daily Cleaning Checklist and facility/equipment work order oversight
• Utilize Crunch-specific tools to communicate, document, and support overall club operations such as incident reporting, facility standards, internal communications, and process integration
• Ensure consistent compliance with all Crunch policies, procedures, and service standards
