Team Car Care East LLC in Middleburg, FL is seeking an Assistant General Manager to drive guest satisfaction and sales growth. You will partner with the GM to lead daily operations, coach staff, and deliver an exceptional guest experience.

You will oversee inventory, assist budgeting and forecasts, and maintain a safe, clean service center. The AGM will mentor technicians and CSAs, lead daily huddles, and ensure performance aligns with company standards.

Qualifications

• One to three years of retail management experience; Professional automotive experience is not required.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proven leader with the ability to inspire and motivate diverse groups.
• Strong business sense with an understanding of the retail industry.
• Able to analyze and interpret financial objectives to help increase sales and service results.
• Positive, helpful attitude with professional conduct and appearance.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth by increasing guest count and lead measure performance.
