Jimmy John's Meadville is opening a brand-new location in Meadville, PA in 10 weeks, and we're hiring 2 Assistant General Managers to help us launch it right. If you've got restaurant or retail leadership experience, a kick ass, customer focused attitude, and want to be part of a store from day one, this is your shot.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in restaurant, retail, or food service leadership.
• Ability to work flexible mornings, evenings, weekends.
• Strong communication and people-management skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Must be 18+ and pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Help lead daily shop operations: staffing, scheduling, food safety, and speed of service.
• Train, coach, and motivate a crew of Team Members and Shift Leaders.
• Support the General Manager with hiring, inventory, cash handling, and cost control.
• Step in as manager-on-duty and keep the store running smoothly and safely.
• Deliver Jimmy John's 'Freaky Fast' and best in class customer experience every shift.

What you’ll do

What you bring

• 1+ years of experience in a restaurant, retail, or food service leadership role (shift lead, AGM, or GM)
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
• Strong communication and people-management skills
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Must be 18+ and able to pass a background check
• Reliable transportation as training will be completed at our flagship Jimmy John’s location at 821 West Erie Plaza in Erie!
