The AGM will support the General Manager, lead sales initiatives, coach front desk and sales teams, ensure smooth operations, and prepare for a future General Manager role within a fast‑growing fitness brand.

Responsibilities

• Sales Leadership: Drive membership and personal training sales, set daily goals, manage leads, close deals.
• Team Coaching & Accountability: Train, motivate, and manage front desk and sales teams to deliver high performance.
• Operations Support: Ensure smooth day-to-day club operations, cleanliness, equipment upkeep, and staff coverage.
• Member Experience: Deliver exceptional service and handle member inquiries or escalations with urgency.
• KPI Tracking & Action: Monitor metrics and contribute to improvement strategies aligned with club goals.
• Culture Builder: Foster a high-energy, team-oriented environment reflecting Crunch’s ‘No Judgments’ philosophy.
• Growth Development: Participate in leadership development to prepare for a future General Manager role.

Job Summary
