Advance Auto Parts is seeking an Assistant General Manager in the Kansas City area to lead daily store operations and profitability. You will review P&L statements, coach staff, and drive GAS3 selling experiences for DIY and DIFM customers, while managing DIY services like battery installations and wiper changes.

2-3 years of experience managing a team of 10 – 20 Team Members in a fast-paced and highly dynamic retail environment
Successful experience managing profitability; proven financial and business acumen
High school diploma or general education degree (GED), Bachelor’s degree in business or a related area
