Jiffy Lube International in Highland, CA is seeking an Assistant General Manager (AGM) to join our service center leadership team. You will work closely with the GM to drive revenue growth, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.

The AGM will mentor technicians and service advisors, manage daily operations, and ensure safety and quality standards are met. This is a full-time, on-site role requiring strong communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of retail management experience.
