Tory Burch seeks a Store Manager to serve as a critical leadership partner to the GM, guiding the team to deliver extraordinary experiences for every customer. You will develop staff selling and service skills, oversee day-to-day operations, and foster a productive, authentic store environment that reflects Tory Burch’s values.

Working with a talented team, you’ll drive client relationships, champion high standards, and contribute to sustainable business growth while upholding the brand's level

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in business or fashion preferred.
• 3–5 years of management experience.
• Proven track record of success in retail leadership.

You are a critical leadership partner - a "co-pilot" to the GM and someone the store staff can rely on for guidance and growth. You will partner with the GM to create a highly productive environment in which customers have an extraordinary experience, employees are able to do their best and the business thrives. You are primarily accountable for developing and maintaining staff selling and service skills, in addition to the day-to-day operations of running a successful business with an authentic approach.
