You will lead operations, manage inventory and staff development, and contribute to budgeting and planning. This role requires 1–3 years of retail leadership, strong communication, and a proactive customer-first

Responsibilities

• Assist GM in driving revenue growth through guest count and KPI performance.
• Coach and mentor staff, deliver excellent customer service and guest experiences.
• Lead daily team huddles and store meetings to align on goals.
• Oversee inventory, cash handling, and store operations.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and expense controls.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and presentable service center per guidelines.
• Provide guidance to technicians and CSAs and assist with opening/closing duties.
