Krystal is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead a team and deliver WOW service to guests in a high-energy environment. You will mentor shift leaders, drive guest satisfaction, and participate in local marketing and events while maintaining safe, efficient operations.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent and 1–2 years of management experience, with a passion for developing talent and upholding Krystal standards across all shifts.
