Nifty Fifty’s in the United States is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager in leading daily restaurant operations, guiding shift leaders and hourly staff to uphold food quality, service, and cleanliness.

You will manage inventory and scheduling, resolve guest concerns, coach the team, and help drive profitability while creating a positive, high‑performing environment that reflects our brand values and delivers memorable guest experiences.

Competenze

• Leadership experience in a high-volume restaurant environment preferred.
• ServSafe Certification required — or willingness to obtain upon hire.
• Excellent communication, time management, and leadership skills.
• Strong attention to detail and high standards for quality and cleanliness.
• Proficiency in basic math and inventory procedures.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Excellent communication, time management, and leadership skills
• Strong attention to detail and high standards for quality and cleanliness
• Proficiency in basic math and inventory procedures
• Ability to work independently, multitask, and make sound decisions under pressure
• Self‑motivated with a hands‑on, team‑oriented approach
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Spanish‑speaking ability is welcomed and can enhance team interactions.
