Crunch Fitness | Fitness Growth Capital is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Florida to lead daily club operations and coach the front desk team, driving membership sales and exceptional member experiences. The role offers growth within a fast-expanding franchise.

You will hire, train, and manage staff, monitor performance, and step into the GM role when needed, fostering a high-energy, accountable culture in a busy fitness club environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership or management experience.
• 40 hour work week availability (SAT-WED).
• Sales and customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Ability to motivate and develop others.
• High level of accountability and professionalism.
• Organized, dependable, and solution-oriented.
• Comfortable working evenings and weekends as business needs require.
