Dayton in Cookeville, TN is seeking a dynamic Leader to drive membership sales and ensure top-tier member experience. You will coach staff, manage daily club operations, and partner with the General Manager to align with SOPs and KPI targets.

Weekend availability is required as part of this role, with a focus on outreach, retention, and exceptional customer service to grow membership and satisfaction in our community.
