Job summary

Nouria Energy Corporation is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily store operations across our Concord, NH locations. You will mentor team members, ensure fast, friendly service, and deliver a positive shopping experience for every customer.

Responsibilities include inventory checks, vendor deliveries, shift reporting, and cashier operation. The role requires at least one year of retail experience, strong communication, and the ability to lift up to 30 pounds and work flexible

They are responsible for mentoring team members to provide fast and friendly service and ensure every customer receives a great shopping experience.Requirements:Maintain a courteous, friendly attitudeStock, re-stock inventory merchandise throughout facilityCheck in vendor deliveriesMust have minimum of one year retail experience.Must have general computer knowledge.Complete required paperwork including shift report, gas reconciliation, cigarette counts, etc.Assist in trainingAssist Store Manager as needed.Additional Info:Must be able to read, write and operate electronic equipment and sales transactions.Must have good communication skillsMust be able to follow instructionsMust be able to stand at all timesMust be able to kneel, lift and bend up to 25 (twenty-five) pounds.Required to work any shift within operational hours of the store and weekends.Must be 18 years of ageMust have own reliable transportation and a valid driver’s licensePHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:Ensures physical maintenance, safety, cleanliness, and attractiveness of all store facilitiesPerforms other related duties as requiredMust be able to lift up to 30 pounds at timesMust be able to traverse and access all areas of the storeProlonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computerProlonged periods of standing and working at a cash registerNouria Energy is an equal opportunity employer.
