Southern Rock Restaurants is hiring a Restaurant General Manager to lead a McAlister's Deli location in the Chattanooga area. The role focuses on high standards of service, quality food execution, and employee development in a fast-casual setting with real growth opportunities.

The successful candidate will manage daily operations, drive sales, and maintain a respectful, ethical work environment while contributing to ongoing expansion of the McAlister's Deli concept under our franchise umbrella.
