Job summary

SONIC Drive-In is seeking an Assistant General Manager to oversee daily Drive-In operations with the General Manager, ensuring quality food, cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction. As the top manager on site, you will drive performance, coach staff, and uphold SONIC standards.

You’ll hire and train Great People, manage a P&L, and foster a positive shift atmosphere while navigating irregular hours, nights, weekends, and holidays. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

• Prior management experience; restaurant or retail industry highly preferred (subject to franchise discretion)
