Crunch Fitness is seeking an Assistant General Manager for a high-energy Carmel Valley club. This full-time role involves nights and weekends, leading the team to deliver outstanding member experiences and drive membership sales while maintaining top-notch service.

You will oversee staff, support the General Manager, and foster a culture of energy, training, and development. Growth opportunities and competitive compensation are offered in this dynamic fitness environment.

Qualifications

• Passion for fitness and helping others
• Mastery of the sales, customer service, and administrative skills required in the Member Service Representative position
• CPR/AED Certification
• Preferred Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or related field, and 1-3 years experience in sales and management
• Excellent communication skills and ability to connect with all types of people

Requirements

As the captain of your team you will set the bar for sales and customer service as you assist the General Manager in achieving club wide goals. Gain critical leadership experience and develop your management potential as you:

• Lead sales trainings and assist in team meetings and employee coaching

The Location

SIR Fitness is based in Southern California and our 13 franchise locations include Crunch Anaheim, Crunch Orange, Garden Grove, Crunch Huntington Beach, Crunch Fountain Valley, Crunch Tustin, Crunch Placentia, Crunch San Clemente, Crunch Vista, Crunch Oceanside, Crunch Carmel Valley, Crunch University Square, Crunch Eastlake. Our clubs are filled with the best strength and cardio equipment in the industry, including a functional training zone with turf, olympic lifting platforms, group fitness studio, and tons of machines and free weights. We’re also proud to offer a Relax and Recover zone with hydromassage beds, tanning booths, and lounge. Some clubs also feature state of the art cycle studios, 3D body scanner and sauna. Our gyms also offer personal training and nutrition coaching, group fitness classes, and HIIT Zone classes.
