Uncle Julio's is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead the front-of-house team, collaborate with the General Manager, and uphold guest experiences, service standards, and profitability in a fast-paced Tex-Mex restaurant environment.

You will manage daily operations, mentor staff, and drive exceptional guest satisfaction while maintaining brand quality and safe, compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in casual restaurant industry.
• High School Diploma preferred.
• Proficiency with POS systems.
• Current state-required alcohol and food certifications are required.
• Availablity to work evenings, holidays, weekends.
• Strong leadership and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to withstand restaurant physical demands.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities):

As the Assistant General Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful operation of our restaurant. Working closely with the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the front-of-house operations. Your main objective will be to maintain exceptional guest experiences, uphold high service standards, and drive overall profitability.

What You’ll Bring (Requirements):

• A minimum of 1 year’s experience in the Casual Restaurant industry is required.
• A High School Diploma is preferred.
• Proficiency in POS systems.
• Current alcohol and food certifications that meet state requirements are required.
• Availability to work within open hours (e.g. evenings, holidays, weekends).
• Strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to withstand the physical demands a restaurant environment holds.
