Job summary

Enmarket is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in daily store operations and ensure a great shopping experience for customers. The role requires leadership to mentor staff, maintain inventory, handle vendor deliveries, and oversee paperwork and cashier operations.

Candidates should have retail experience, strong communication skills, and be capable of working in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in daily store operations.
• Mentor and supervise team members to deliver fast, friendly service.
• Maintain stock, restock inventory and monitor store shelves.
• Check in vendor deliveries and ensure accurate receiving.
• Complete required paperwork including shift reports and reconciliations.
• Assist with training and storewide procedures as needed.
